This episode is about RF propagation and measurement. This is the first of a series on the subject. It starts with a basic review of wave phenomenon, basically the concepts of frequency, wavelength, wave vector, and sinusoids. Then some of the basics are covered of RF propagation. There is a short demonstration of some simple calculations. One can download the spreadsheet Multipath.xls that is used in the demonstration.
